The links on the main page helps you to select the main groups of products, which also have sub-groups. By clicking a desired group, you will receive a detailed list of products. You can select from the products here, and reach to the profiles of the products, where a photo and descriptions can be found.
You can put products in your cart without logging in but you need to register and log in to place an order.
Make sure you entered the right address and name for shipping.
Shipping
If you wish to order from a different country please contact the Crystal Nails distributor of your country, and place your order there. You can find a list of the distributors here: http://www.crystalnails.com/distributors
We only accept returns for reasons within our responsibility. In that case, we will pay for the cost of return shipping.
We do not refund for reasons that are beyond our responsibility, such as the customer making a mistake in their shipping address or the customer deciding that shipping is taking longer than they had hoped for.
Tracked shipments cannot be refunded when the customer fails to pick up the shipment or when the customer made a mistake in the delivery address or when the tracking status shows that the postal service has tried to deliver the package but the addressee was not at home, or other issues that could be solved by the addressee contacting the post office. It is the customer's responsibility to contact their postal service in such cases and inform them of the correct address.
We do not compensate for damaged packaging, when the functionality of the actual product inside is not negatively affected.

We cannot guarantee that the Nail Product you receive will exactly match the color of the product image as it appears on your screen. All screens and settings vary and this affects the color you perceive. Please be aware of this when ordering.
